"spiders & flies"
Today we learned about "applications of trig". Also we learned how to find certain lenths on a 3-D object.
Remember there is only 6 things to find on a triangle, 3 angles and 3 sides.
- Sometimes a series of right triangles can be drawn of modeled to indicate "hypotenuse of one, becomes the leg of another triangle." or
- Often trig. problems are multi-step.... (i.e. you must calculate many intermediate 'answer' to get a final one.)

Angles and trigonometry
We still need to decide on a day for our tests. There is a poll on the blog to vote.
We began with some vocabulary. Make sure that you know SOH CAH TOA. You will need these. We learned that planes are quite fun.

More triangle solving
Yesterday, Tuesday, we learned how to find the adjacent side of a triangle when only given the opposite and the angle.
